Swiss Discovered a Heap of Roman Coins When Disposing of Molehill

Swiss farmer hit against the heap of Roman coins when disposing of a molehill in his cherry orchard. AP agency informed that more than 4000 coins were in a very good condition. 

Offices of canton Aargau claim that archeologists counted 4166 coins from which the oldest one came from year 274 when Roman emperor Aurelianus ruled.

The Coins are mostly bronze contents even up to 5% of silver. Hugo Doppler, numismatist, noted that the coins are in such a great condition they were definitely withdrawn from circulation immediately after they were minted.

The Expert said that some of the found coins are unknown. More details should be known in next month.
